What does “intentional” mean?

What does “intentional” truly mean in our daily lives? This question and many more were swirling around during our March First Friday gathering, where “INTENTIONAL” was the theme. The energy of the group and the candid perspectives offered led to a lively discussion.

Here are a few of the questions, ideas and comments that hung in the air…

What does it mean to be intentional?

What makes us intentional?

Why are we not always intentional?

Are we responsible for unintentional behavior?

Does sin prevent us from being intentional?

When we ask someone to be intentional do we imply their actions are currently unintentional?

Does God want us to be more intentional?

Is all behavior intentional just because we decided to do it?

Intentional means deliberate.

Intentional behavior has a result in mind.

Intentional is slower and more thoughtful behavior.

What do you think?
