Christ our Lord invites to his table all who love Him, who earnestly repent of their sin, and who desire to live in peace with one another.  We believe that Christ meets us in the elements and is able to provide physical, spiritual, and emotional healing through the sharing of bread and cup. This being the case, everyone who comes to receive communion at the First United Methodist Church of Stamford WILL be served, there are NO exceptions.  If you feel excluded from the Lord’s Table, please come join us, we have a space for YOU at the table. Our communion bread is gluten, soy, and dairy free.  Each person will receive a piece of bread from the common loaf and an individual cup of non-alcoholic juice.
